NCC/Scout & Guides

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) and Scouts & Guides at PM SHRI KV No. 1 AFS Bhuj play a pivotal role in instilling discipline, leadership, and a spirit of service among students. These programs offer a platform for students to develop a sense of responsibility, patriotism, and community service. Through various activities, cadets and scouts/guides learn valuable life skills, including teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving. Participation in these programs also fosters physical fitness and mental toughness, preparing students for future challenges.

The NCC unit of our school regularly engages in parades, camps, and community outreach programs. These activities not only enhance the cadets’ military knowledge and skills but also promote a sense of national pride. Similarly, the Scouts & Guides participate in numerous camps, rallies, and service projects, encouraging students to be self-reliant and resourceful. The emphasis on ‘Be Prepared’ and ‘Service Before Self’ aligns with the core values of our institution.
